Yeast

Bakery yeast is a wonderful ingredient for pastries to make them fluffier. Yeast is high in protein, vitamins and minerals. Estover is a distributor of Nordic yeasts produced in Sweden. In the yeast section you will find both: dry yeast and compressed yeast. However, feel free to add yeast to the dough to make pies or instead bake a real Estonian bread with it.
