Mozzarella cheese

Mozzarella is a fresh Italian cheese, made using the pasta filata method. Mozzarella cheese goes well with pizza, pasta and salads. Estover Piimameister Otto Mozzarella cheeses are handmade from pure Estonian milk in the dairy industry in Tartu County, Kaarlijärve, and are the one and only domestic mozzarellas in Estonia. In addition to Estover´s own production, you can also find mozzarella cheeses from the much-loved Italian brand Galbani.
