Tilsiter-type Cheese Vene Juust
Russian cheese is a type of cheese characterized by a slightly salty taste, it is a full-fat tilsiter type rennet cheese. Mild, slightly sour taste and high calcium content. Medium density in consistency, easy to slice, with “uneven lacy” perforation typical of tilsiter. No animal rennet is used in the production, suitable for vegetarians. The cheese is produced in Estover Kaarlijärve Meierei Dairy Factory in Estonia by diligent milk masters.
